What is Engine Carbon Cleaning?

The benefits of hydrogen in the combustion process

Hydrogen is characterized by a high reactivity and a combustion rate as much as five times greater than that of fuel. Moreover, hydrogen has a wider flammability range than other types of fuel. These are the latest and state-of-the-art machines.
The machines are the most powerful and strongest engine carbon cleaning machines in Leicester and the country.
The smaller machine produces a massive 1400 liters of hydrogen an hour (Minimum flow rate) increasing to 1600+ liters an hour after warming up. The country's truly most powerful mobile unit. More powerful than is needed to clean any car or van engine

The larger (2023 edition) machine produces 3250 liters an hour (minimum flow rate) but increases to a staggering 4000 litres an hour once warmed up. (About 5 minutes) They both use quad pulsing technology. No price increase has been made for the new machine.

Our machines are CE-certified and deemed safe for use. The Silver bottle on the front of the machine is a bubbler system (half-filled with water) and is like all other carbon cleaning machines on the market, This is used to filter out any impurities And also acts as an arrester to stop flashbacks.

These machines are the strongest machines in the country. Why are they the strongest? They use quad pulsing technology which is 15 times stronger and will do carbon cleaning in a much more superior way by pulsating the hydrogen in four different cycles. (Quad pulsing) Thus agitating the carbon to up to 15 times more than older machines breaking the carbon away.

The older machines merely produce hydrogen and do not quad pulse. Some of the older carbon cleaning machines in Leicester and surrounding areas seem to be able to produce more hydrogen each year (magically) without upgrading their machines. Misleading customers with the advertising of the strongest machines (Increases from 1800 to 2000 and again magically to 2300+ Litres per hour) They are not quad pulsing machines (Much weaker machines) Quite old technology now compared to our machines.

Our brand new 2023 edition engine carbon cleaning machine 3250 liters per hour (Minimum output) machine is recommended for Diesel particulate filter issues and maintenance this can cure some overloaded DPF issues, (Depending on the level of blockage) except if there are any sensors down (IE Faulty DPF Sensor or temperature sensor,) Which will stop the DPF regeneration from working. Vehicle diagnostics is always needed to get to the bottom of why the DPF has stopped regenerating. (We do not guess)
If there are no issues (No DPF sensors down) then a carbon clean with the larger machine and a brisk drive after to expel the shattered carbon dust out will lower back pressure from the DPF Which Will help with overloaded DPF Backpressure. Please bear in mind that most cars (Not all) will need a forced DPF regeneration to regenerate the DPF. The customer then drives the vehicle whilst we monitor live data to make sure all is working as it should. Not all issues will show up on the diagnostic but will show on live data. Whilst you drive we then monitor this data.

Why is not possible to give an accurate quote on any vehicle without diagnostics taking place first? We need to find out whether there are any other issues causing the DPF not to regenerate, A staggering 8 times out of 10 a sensor is down, Diagnostics are charged separately then we can give the best advice possible. Diagnostics charge £40.00 So cleaning will not help until the sensors are replaced. A DPF regeneration can then take place.

With over 40 years of experience with vehicles, We can clean these parts with just a carbon clean, Except for injectors for which hydrogen will take the carbon off the bottom of the injectors but can not get inside the injectors.
